This new program is replacing the older services model previously offered with expanded and updated services. Existing clients will have the option to remain with the current model or migrate into the new program.

The new SIMPLICIT® program offers 3 levels of service plans that are designed to accommodate different business needs. The programs range from basic monitoring and alerting functions all the way through to fully managed programs where Bang takes care of all IT related services. For businesses with existing IT departments there is SIMPLICIT® Pro, which offers the IT staff a full view into the network as well as the option of requesting support from the team at Bang when they need it. For a limited time new clients get a 30 day trial of the service so they can fully experience the package before making their choice.
